Confidentiality
Employees of Star Careers Center are required to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained during the course of their employment. This includes but is not limited to client information, proprietary business data, and personal information of employees.

Professional Conduct
We expect all employees to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes treating colleagues, clients, and visitors with respect and courtesy, refraining from harassment or discrimination, and adhering to company policies and procedures.​​

Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule appointments, clients are required to contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. This allows us to accommodate changes efficiently and effectively.

Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback from clients and employees as it helps us improve our services and operations. Any complaints or concerns should be brought to the attention of management for prompt resolution.

At Star Career Center, we strive to provide high-quality courses and training programs to our students. However, please be aware of the following:

Cancellation Due to Lack of Registration: All courses offered by Star Career Center are subject to cancellation if there is insufficient registration. Despite our best efforts to promote and organize classes, there may be occasions where we are unable to proceed with a course due to low enrollment.

Consideration and Notification: In the event of a cancellation, we will respectfully consider scheduling constraints and do our utmost to notify affected students promptly. However, please understand that in some cases, it may not be feasible to provide advance notice.

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: A full refund of the course fee, excluding a non-refundable deposit of $100, is available if you notify us via email at starcareerscenter@gmail.com at least 2 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
​
Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon registration to secure your place in the course.
​
Make-Up Hours Option: If you miss any portion of the course due to unforeseen circumstances or late cancellation, you may still have the opportunity to complete the training and receive certification. We offer make-up hours to cover missed material at an additional fee.
